Weix Zero Dosage

The hand-picked grapes were gently pressed, followed by the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine underwent 36 months of lees aging before disgorgement. No dosage was added during finishing – hence Zero Dosage.
